1 1/2 c rolled oats
1/4 c oat bran
1/2 tsp cinnamon(optional)
1/4 c soy nuts, chopped
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/3 c honey
1 tsp vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, oat bran, cinnamon, and soy nuts in a large bowl, mixing well. In another bowl, mix oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients, stirring thoroughly. Press mixture into 9-inch-by-9-inch baking pan. Bake 12 minutes. Cut into bars and bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes until golden. Place on wire rack to cool. Eat!
