The Chapman family, of Sunrise Health Foods, lived life purposefully finding ways to put good into their bodies.  As a way to introduce and reap the plethora of benefits that come from apple cider vinegar, Lill supplied her family with a nutritious and tasty “help” in getting her family to have their daily healthy dose.

 

If you are trying to find a more subtle way to drink your apple cider vinegar, or for that matter- to get your family on board, try Lill’s Honey-ger!

 

Shown here is a 1 liter pitcher, 1/4 cup raw, local honey, and apple cider vinegar.  Dilute the honey by adding very warm filtered water and stir until completely dissolved.  Add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.  Pour this mixture into the pitcher.  Fill the remainder of the pitcher with room temperature filtered water, stir well and then enjoy a drink.  Add ice if desired cold.IMG_0551IMG_0548
