Redd Remedies Children’s Sinus Support
As a mother of four young children living in Florida where the allergy season is, well, every season, I am always on the lookout for ways to help ease the scratchy throats, puffy eyes, and snotty noses that are running around my house. Being the “crunchy” momma that I am, I try to stay away from the conventional over-the-counter solutions and look for a more natural approach to treating my children for whatever may ail them. When a family member suggested I try giving them Redd Remedies Children’s Sinus Support to help ease their allergy symptoms I took their advice and picked up a bottle.
Any parent who has had to give their toddler medication will tell you that it doesn’t always go so well. Typically, half the dose ends up on your favorite shirt and the other half of the artificially dyed and flavored syrup is smeared on what used to be your cream colored sofa. If you are lucky, a few drops may end up in your squirming child‘s mouth leaving you guessing as to whether or not he received the correct dose. When I gave my two year old with a runny nose the first tablet I readied myself for the spitting that would occur once he bit into it. To my delight, he happily chewed and swallowed his “treat vitamin” without complaint. Success!
Now, the only question that remained was if it actually worked. After a few doses I saw an improvement and was sold. My kid could play outside without having a runny nose and I could feel good about the supplement he was taking knowing that it was free of chemicals and artificial dyes and flavoring. Best of all it is sugar free and made with Xylitol which may actually promote healthy teeth so I could skip the dreaded teeth brushing routine! (Kidding! I still brush my kids’ teeth but a little extra help never hurts.)
We have been using Redd Remedies Children’s Sinus Support for three years now with great results. My three oldest children take it on a regular basis and continue to enjoy the outdoors without allergy symptoms. In fact, as I was sitting here writing this, my five year old walked in the door and, seeing the bottle of Children’s Sinus Support, said, “Mommy, can I have one of those? They are my favorite vitamins!” What more could a mom ask for in a supplement?
