Ingredients:

1 cup water

1 cup organic apple juice

1 cup organic quinoa

1 organic apple, peeled and diced

¼ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup chopped walnuts

Cinnamon

apple nut quinoa

Combine the water and organic apple juice in a medium sized sauce pan and bring to a boil.  Add the organic quinoa and apple, cover the pan, reduce the heat to med/low and cook for 15 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed.  Remove from the heat and add the dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and cinnamon to taste.
