Due to Weather…

Due to the weather conditions, our Country Club Hills, Flossmoor, Lansing, and Valparaiso locations will be closed today. We will reopen tomorrow, Saturday, January 13th at our regular business hours. Be safe!

Sunrise Health Foods has three locations in three cities: the original in Lansing IL, our second in Flossmoor, IL, and our newly opened in Valparaiso, IN. Come and join our healthy family at any of these wonderful locations.

Due to the heavy snow flurries coming our way, all of our stores will be closing a few hours earlier today. Stay safe!
We will reopen tomorrow, February 13th at 9am, regular hours.

February may fall in the heart of winter, but that doesn’t mean your diet has to be void of fresh fruits and vegetables. While local farmers markets may offer less variety, there’s still plenty of fresh February seasonal produce to enjoy.
