Study revealed that women who fot the most arginine, cysteine, glycine, histidine, leucine, tyrosine, and glutamic acid had lower blood pressure in the main central artery and in the extremities. Women who got the most of the last three of these amino acids had more flexible arteries compared to women who got fewer amino acids in the diet.

It’s a truism: Regardless of your age, you’re getting older. While “age is just a number,” it’s one that goes in one direction — and it can be felt in the joints, reflected in the face (hello crow’s feet) and even experienced by less energy.
