As if the cold weather isn't reason enough to cozy up with a hot cup of tea - results of a study published online in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition August 2015 which followed 1,188 older women for up to 10 years , indicates that those who consumed 3 or more cups of tea per day were 30% less likely to have had a bone fracture compared to those who drank one or fewer cups per week.
