peanut butter with heart in top


1/2 c organic peanut butter
2 tbsp organic soy sauce
1/4 tsp organic garlic powder
1/2 c hot water
1/2 c fresh organic cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp organic sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, and hot water in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand at room temperature for at least one hour. Serve over chicken, noodles, tofu, or your favorite organic vegetable dish!
