1 c plain live-culture yogurt, not Greek style
1 c mango or favorite fruit juice
¼ tsp cardamom powder
¼ c chopped pistachios
In a blender, pour the yogurt and juice and gently blend for a few seconds. Stop and add half the cardamom and half the pistachios. Blend another few seconds. Pour into a large glass and top with remaining cardamom and pistachios. Enjoy immediately, or chill for 20 minutes for a cooler drink.
