If you are trying to find a more subtle way to drink your apple cider vinegar, or for that matter- to get your family on board, try Lill’s Honey-ger!
You’ll need a 1 liter pitcher, 1/4 cup raw, local honey, and 1/4 apple cider vinegar. Dilute the honey by adding very warm filtered water and stirring until completely dissolved. Add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. Pour this mixture into the pitcher. Fill the remainder of the pitcher with room temperature filtered water, stir well and then enjoy a drink. Add ice for a refreshing chilled beverage.
