Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

½ cup organic butter
2 cups organic sugar
½ cup organic milk
4 tablespoons organic cocoa
1 ¼ cups MaraNatha creamy peanut butter
3-4 cups organic rolled oats

In a large pot melt butter, sugar, milk and cocoa and bring to a hard boil over medium-high heat while stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.  Allow to cool slightly and add the rolled oats a cup at a time until the desired consistency is reached.   Spoon onto parchment paper and allow to cool.  Store in an airtight container after cookies have completely cooled.  Makes 18-24 cookies.

Try these variations for the pleasure of your taste buds!

Omit the cocoa for Peanut Butter No Bakes.
Add 1 tsp of ground cinnamon before adding the rolled oats.
Add 1 cup of chocolate chunks after adding the rolled oats for an even richer chocolate experience.
Add ½ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut when you add the rolled oats.
