1/2 cup CADIA® Frozen Triple Berry Blend

1/4 cup CADIA® All Natural Coconut Water with Pulp

1 Tbs. CADIA® Black Chia Seeds

1/2 banana

2 Tbs. almonds


1. Place all ingredients into blender.

2. Pulse until ingredients are broken up a little.

3. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth and desired consistency.
