We all have sources of stress in our lives.  Whether your source is stress is work, kids, or nosy neighbors, these bath salts are a great way to relax at the end of the day!


1 cup Epsom Salts

1 cup baking soda

5-10 drops of your favorite essential oils


In a glass or stainless steel bowl, combine the Epsom salts and baking soda.  Add your favorite essential oils and stir well.  Let the bath salts absorb the essential oils for at least 20 minutes before adding the entire contents of the bowl to your hot bath.

Some of our favorite oils to use for bath salts are Lemon, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Orange, and Frankincense.
